SERVER RULES
Do not spam or advertise, do not engage in racist or homophobic behavior, and always treat managers with respect without unnecessary delays or arguments.
Do not exceed the allowed group limits, do not cheat or use any third-party assistance, and do not exploit or engage in any malicious activity toward the server or the community.
If you are reporting a player for cheating, macros, or similar serious issues, please make sure you have video evidence. Do not open tickets for teaming, offensive language, or minor disputes; these reports are automatically detected and handled by our system, and such tickets will be closed immediately. Please use the F7 report feature for all non-cheating situations. Tickets are intended only for serious matters that include proper video evidence, billing or payment issues, and other important concerns.
All store payments are final and non-refundable. Any chargeback attempts will result in a permanent ban from all our services. Purchasing digital items does not grant special treatment, priority support, or preferential handling of any kind. All players are treated equally; store purchases do not overturn bans, do not exempt you from server rules, and do not provide immunity from disciplinary action. Violations will still result in a ban, and no claims can be made on the basis of a purchase.
Our servers fully comply with Facepunch TOS. We immediately adapt to newly introduced rules and operate strictly within those requirements. In accordance with the recent policy change, we do not provide or enable any DLC items for players who do not own them, and we do not include DLC items in kits, shops, or any other server systems. Players who legitimately own DLC are not restricted and may use their purchased content normally. To ensure full compliance and avoid any potential violations, we do not use plugins such as skinbox, skinner, bskin, or any similar systems on our servers. If you notice any item that may have been mistakenly added and could qualify as a DLC item, please report it to us via a Discord ticket.
We operate more than 30 servers worldwide using high-end dedicated machines with next-generation DDR5 memory and modern CPUs exceeding 5.5 GHz, though temporary issues such as regional internet outages, power interruptions, or external network instability may still affect performance, and by playing, you acknowledge and accept these potential disruptions.

The use of kits, rewards, and participation in activities such as raids, bugs, trading, and the potential loss of items upon death in the game are completely at your own risk. Additionally, our servers undergo daily automatic restarts, periodic updates, and scheduled wipe processes to maintain optimal performance and gameplay balance. We do not provide support for any losses incurred from such situations, including data or progress loss during restarts, updates or wipes.
