What are ranks?

Answer: When you buy a rank, you can use its kit every 12 hours via /kit. All ranks include special tools, and some also give bonus RP, automatically added to your balance when the kit is claimed. All ranks work on all servers. If you ever get bored of one server, use /servers to switch and enjoy your rank anywhere. Delivery is instant. You can also gift a rank by entering your friend's Steam64ID. Ranks can be used together, but bundles like PRO with multiple ranks offer better value.

Where can I earn or purchase RP rewards?

Answer: You can earn RP in three ways. The first is completely free, just stay online and receive RP every 30 minutes, even if you're AFK. If you want more, you can buy a rank from https://store.xrust.co and get bonus RP with the /kit. Check kit details to see which ranks include RP. You can also use the RP Top-Up to instantly add RP to your balance. RP resets on wipe, check the wipe date before buying.

What are the wipe times?

Answer: You can find wipe information in the General tab. It is highly recommended to follow our Discord for more information and important announcements.

Will an admin help me retrieve a lost/destroyed item?

Answer: We will not spawn in or retrieve any items lost for any reason, as it would be unfair to the many players before who were not able to get their items back. Please do not insist on this matter; doing so may result in penalties or bans.

Where can I report things like cheating, teaming, or extremely offensive language?

Answer: Team limit violation logs are automatically sent to us. Minor arguments or occasional strong language can occur in competitive environments, and these do not require staff intervention unless they escalate into severe or targeted abuse. For team limit issues or serious offensive behavior, please use the F7 report system and do not open a ticket. Tickets are reserved for cheating reports with video evidence, billing matters, and other important issues. Thank you for helping us keep the support system efficient.

Where's my base? Was it wiped or raided? Can I see who raided me?

Answer: If your base is gone, it was raided and will not be restored. Be careful who you add to your team, as they can use /remove to dismantle your base. Set an alarm with /raid and buy Offline Raid Protection from your TC with scrap. It may take up to 5 minutes to activate after all owners go offline. Offline protection is helpful but not guaranteed; updates or crashes may cause temporary issues. Always use a /raid alarm for extra safety. We are not responsible for losses during plugin failures.
