What are ranks?

Answer: When you purchase a rank, you can use its kit every 12 hours via /kit. All ranks include special tools, and some also provide bonus RP which is automatically added to your balance when the kit is claimed. RP balances are fully reset every wipe and are considered a promotional bonus included with kits. RP reward amounts may be increased, reduced, or completely removed at our discretion in the future. RP is unconditionally wiped every wipe. You can convert RP to COIN at a fixed rate using the /exchange command.

Where can I earn or purchase RP rewards?

Answer: You can obtain RP in multiple ways. First, completely free: stay online and receive RP every 30 minutes, even while AFK. Answer: Team limit violations are automatically logged and monitored. For team limit issues or serious offensive behavior, please use the F7 report system and do not open a ticket. Tickets are reserved strictly for cheating reports with video evidence, billing matters, and other important issues.

Where is my base? Was it wiped or raided? Can I see who raided me?

Answer: If your base is gone, it was raided and will not be restored. Be careful who you add to your team, as they can use /remove to dismantle your base. You can set a raid alarm using /raid.
